Global Running Day was an amazing experience for our 4th and 5th Grade students. The event took place at Ichan Stadium on Randall's Island and was attended by over 2,000 NYC students. Our day began with a marathon run, continued with relay races, and ended with a Parade. Everyone had a great time! El Día Mundial de la Carrera fue una experiencia increíble para nuestros estudiantes de cuarto y quinto grado. El evento se llevó a cabo en el estadio Ichan en Randall's Island y asistieron más de 2,000 estudiantes de Nueva York. Nuestro día comenzó con una carrera de maratón, continuó con carreras de relevos y terminó con un desfile. Todos lo pasamos genial!

On Tuesday we said farewell to our principal, Ms. Nicholson. After nine wonderful years at P.S. 46, she is now moving on to another position within the Office of Leadership. We wish her all the best! Please help us welcome Ms. Guzman. Ms. Guzman was an Assistant Principal at P.S. 307 and now joins our P.S. 46 family as our new Principal. We look forward to all the great things Ms. Guzman envisions for our school. El martes nos despedimos de nuestra directora, la Sra. Nicholson. Después de nueve maravillosos años en P.S. 46, ella ahora se está moviendo a otra posición dentro de la Oficina de Liderazgo. ¡Le deseamos a ella lo mejor! Por favor ayúdenos a darle la bienvenida a la Sra. Guzmán. La Sra. Guzman era subdirectora en P.S. 307 y ahora se une a nuestra familia de P.S. 46 como nuestra nueva Directora. Esperamos con entusiasmo todas las grandes cosas que la Sra. Guzman imagina para nuestra escuela.
